In this influential role, you will lead the development and execution of innovative community impact strategies that resonate with both employees and the communities served. As a vital member of Dayforce's Sustainability and Impact team, your leadership will inspire action and create scalable volunteer programs. This position involves managing complex initiatives, fostering relationships, and delivering measurable outcomes to elevate community welfare.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive Dayforce’s global giving strategy and volunteer programs
• Manage initiatives for Community Impact Month and more
• Build a new grantmaking program complementary to your vision
• Cultivate a network of passionate employee volunteers
• Monitor performance against KPIs using data-driven insights
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree required, Master’s preferred
• 8-10 years of community impact experience
• Strong program development and leadership skills
• Experience with financial management processes
• Solid analytical and critical thinking abilities
