• Monitor performance of alternative investment managers
• Conduct thorough due diligence on investment opportunities
• Prepare reports for manager review meetings
• Analyze portfolio alignment with investment objectives
• Support manager contract and fee negotiations

• 5+ years in investment management or alternative assets
• Minimum 2 years in external manager oversight roles
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Qualified investment designation (CFA, CAIA, etc.)
• Knowledge of alternative asset classes required
