As the Collateral Manager, you will be central to Ontario Teachers' collateral management and operations. This role means leading daily activities while working collaboratively across divisions such as Risk and Finance. Your impact will reach every corner of the organization as you streamline processes and strengthen organizational control.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily collateral activities encompassing multiple agreements
• Develop and enhance financial and operational controls
• Lead team development and recruitment efforts
• Initiate and oversee continuous improvement projects
• Collaborate with stakeholders for efficient issue resolution
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree; CPA or CFA is highly regarded
• 8-10 years of experience in collateral and investment operations
• Strong leadership and change capability
• Ability to build relationships across diverse teams
• Proficient in BI solutions and analysis tools
Drive the evolution of collateral management at OTPP and develop future leaders in the finance sector.
