In this permanent, full-time role, you will report directly to the Global Facilities Director. Your responsibilities will include managing facility projects, supporting health and safety compliance, and interacting with various stakeholders. Ensure efficient facility operations across Canadian sites through effective relationship management and oversight.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support onsite projects and facility requirements analysis
• Prepare maintenance plans with landlords/managing agents
• Manage supplier performance and track contractor progress
• Serve as a primary contact for property-related matters
• Engage actively in health and safety committee initiatives
Requirements:
• Senior-level experience in facilities coordination
• Understanding of commercial leases and landlord relationships
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite and FM management systems
• Knowledge of health and safety legislation
• Recognized qualifications in project or office management preferred
Lead facility management initiatives and ensure effective operations at Dye & Durham in Toronto.
