Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure high standards in service delivery management

• Guide onboarding and development of new team members

Requirements:
• 15+ years in consulting or professional services industry
• 10 years in a managerial role with financial oversight
• Comprehensive understanding of cloud services and ERP systems
• Leadership experience in a fast-paced IT environment
• Strong financial management skills with considerable budgets
