Position: Change Management Leader for RBC IS

Your role is pivotal in creating change management strategies for an effective transformation.

In this leadership role, you will implement change management strategies to support broad stakeholder engagement within RBC Investor Services. You'll develop plans that incorporate process and controls assessments, while carefully considering the needs of both internal teams and external clients. Your expertise will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless transitions and successful initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead stakeholder impact assessments to gauge readiness

• Develop and implement OCM methodologies

• Facilitate training and support change leadership initiatives

• Build relationships with operations, HR, and communications teams

• Report on change management outcomes and effectiveness

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years in a Leadership/Management role

• 7+ years in the financial sector, particularly in Investor Services

• Extensive Change Management and Project Management experience

• Exceptional presentation and communication skills

• Proven ability to interact with diverse stakeholders
