Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver consistent office experience across corporate sites
• Oversee facilities operations and maintenance compliance
• Manage space planning using AutoCAD and related tools
• Address tenant and landlord relations proactively
• Ensure safety and security standards are met
Requirements:
• 5-8 years in facilities or office operations management
• 3-4 years of AutoCAD proficiency for space planning
• Knowledge of LEED, WELL, and sustainable practices
• Strong project management and budgeting skills
• Experience in regulated industries and multi-site operations
