As a Call Centre Supervisor, you will mentor and develop your team to exceed performance and quality metrics. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage team performance to meet key operational metrics

Requirements:
• 6 months experience on the Echo Health program
• 1 year call centre management experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Proficient in MS Office
