In this leadership role, you will oversee the front-line service team that guides members through their pension lifecycle, from enrollment to retirement benefits. Your commitment to client service and team development will drive the successful implementation of service initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and develop team members to ensure service excellence
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback
• Monitor team effectiveness and implement corrective actions
• Support onboarding for new team members and provide continuous learning
• Manage day-to-day service delivery across various communication channels
Requirements:
• 7 years of experience in pension or financial services
• 1-2 years in a leadership role preferred
• Relevant post-secondary education
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Proven problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
