Assistant Branch Manager

• Ensure high employee engagement through talent management

• Deliver results via effective sales management routines

• Partner with management for operational excellence

• Inspire retailing excellence for memorable client experiences

• Coach teams on advice, education, and problem resolution

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years in people management within finance

• Proven success in business growth and client relations

• At least 2 years of mutual fund sales experience

• Mutual Funds accreditation (IFIC or CSC)

• Ability to complete mutual fund branch management exam
