Shift Scheduling Coordinator at GTAA

Lead shift scheduling as a Coordinator with the Greater Toronto Airports Authority. This role ensures optimal staffing and operational efficiency in airport operations, and is on-site for 4 months.

Reporting to the Manager of Staff Deployment, you will implement key Staff Deployment Procedures (SDP) to maintain efficient staffing levels. Your responsibilities include managing shift trades, processing leave requests and providing staffing support to operational managers. Your impact will be felt through enhanced operational effectiveness and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement Staff Deployment Procedures for operational staffing

• Process shift trades, leave requests, and overtime eligibility

• Provide staffing support for Managers of Operation

• Maintain scheduling software and payroll systems

• Create daily reports on staffing and productivity

Requirements:

• 2+ years in a customer service role

• Experience in staff scheduling preferred

• High school diploma required

• Knowledge of airport operations an asset

• Ability to obtain Transportation Security Clearance
