Position: Lead Regional Practice Manager Role
Cliff Ridge Specialty Partners is seeking a Regional Practice Manager to enhance our pediatric and orthodontic dental practices. Focus on operational excellence and fostering an impactful patient experience.

In this leadership role, you will drive operational performance across multiple locations. You'll sustain excellence, develop growth strategies, and address challenges within each practice. Your collaboration with Finance, HR, and Marketing will be crucial in implementing initiatives and achieving key performance indicators.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee operations of pediatric and orthodontic practices

• Identify challenges and opportunities for each location

• Implement company initiatives through action plans

• Serve as liaison between corporate and practice teams

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve operational challenges

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years Office Manager experience in Orthodontic Dentistry

• Supervisory or management experience in business operations

• Experience managing multiple locations preferred

• Accountability for financial and operational outcomes

• Strong people management skills
