As a Project Manager/Operations Coordinator, you will report to the Operations Manager and coordinate developer activities while managing schedules and resources. This position requires strong leadership, issue management, and effective communication skills to track project progress and relay important status updates to relevant stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate activities of the developer team for project deliveries
• Create and maintain schedules for each engagement
• Ensure adequate staffing for assigned engagements
• Understand services and coordinate deliverables across stakeholders
• Compile and deliver operational status reports to stakeholders
Requirements:
• 3+ years in operations or project management
• Experience in a client-facing role
• Proficient in Jira and Agile methodologies
• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Excelling in planning, resource management, and stakeholder communication is key in this role.
