Become a Spa Manager and lead a dedicated team while improving daily operations. This full-time position focuses on customer service excellence and operational efficiency.
We are looking for a proactive Spa Manager with 3 to 5 years of experience. In this role, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, staff hiring, training, and implementing operational policies. Your ability to resolve customer complaints will enhance client satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct and manage the spa's daily functions
• Plan and organize service delivery effectively
• Establish staff policies and conduct training sessions
• Manage and oversee marketing and advertising contracts
• Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly
Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years managerial experience
• Secondary school graduation certificate required
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
