Join Black & McDonald as a Proposal Manager in either Markham, ON, or Vancouver, BC, where you will oversee the creation of compelling procurement proposals. Your strategic coordination will drive successful service delivery solutions.
This role demands a collaborative approach as you lead the entire process from kickoff to submission. You'll ensure compliance, manage timelines, and communicate effectively with stakeholders to produce high-quality documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate business development responses from initiation to submission
• Establish and monitor timelines and deliverables
• Ensure all documentation meets legal and client standards
• Facilitate reviews and maintain proposal quality
• Track progress and report status to the bid team
Requirements:
• Minimum of five years in proposal or professional writing
• Background in Facilities Management or similar fields
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading abilities
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and Adobe platforms
• Commitment to quality and detail-oriented work
