As the Business Continuity Manager at CN, you'll be at the forefront of enhancing resilience across North America's key transportation systems. You will steer the enterprise-wide Business Continuity Management and Organizational Resilience programs, engaging with senior leadership to establish a culture of preparedness. This role mandates a proactive approach to crisis response alongside a strong track record in incident management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Business Continuity Management System (BCMS)

• Oversee annual Business Impact Analysis and threat assessments

• Lead comprehensive BCM testing and crisis simulations

• Coordinate crisis management activities for significant disruptions

• Foster relationship-building with executive teams and external partners

Requirements:

• 7+ years in business continuity or risk management

• 3+ years in a leadership role

• Proven crisis management experience

• University degree in relevant field

• Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP)
