SysAid Project Manager - ITSM Solutions

Become a Project Manager at Sys Aid and lead key ITSM software projects from our Toronto office. This role combines strategic project planning with client communication, leveraging automation to enhance delivery.

We are looking for a skilled Project Manager with at least three years of hands-on experience overseeing projects from start to finish. You'll draft key project documents, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and maintain strong client relationships. Your expertise in project management methodologies like Agile or PRINCE2 will be crucial for successful outcomes and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create comprehensive project plans and SoWs for execution

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and track progress

• Act as the main point of contact for client communications

• Ensure project quality standards and timelines are met

• Document project risks and develop strategies for mitigation

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of project management experience

• Expertise in project management software (e.g., Rocketlane)

• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

• Experience with ITSM principles preferred
