Drive the success of student programs as the Senior Leader in the Office of the Vice-Provost, Students at Toronto Metropolitan University. Oversee strategic direction and operational management, enhancing student well-being and engagement.
Reporting directly to the Vice-Provost, this executive role requires proven experience in managing complex student service portfolios. With a focus on strategic planning, you will guide financial and resource planning to support service delivery. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage strategic planning processes for OVPS
• Administer daily operations, including financial oversight
• Measure performance and advise on strategic directions
• Execute change initiatives and maintain budget controls
• Supervise diverse professional staff and ensure training needs are met
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in relevant administrative fields
• 7-10 years of senior management experience
• 5 years of experience in a unionised environment
• Knowledge of project management principles
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills
