Key Responsibilities:

• Manage editorial budgets and deliverables in your division

• Lead and develop a team of Editors for optimal performance

• Oversee quality assurance in editorial decisions

• Collaborate on scientific policies with the Editorial Director

• Organize and manage editorial improvement projects

Requirements:

• Advanced degree (PhD, MD) required

• Minimum 3-5 years experience in journal publishing

• Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities

• Knowledge of research ethics and publishing standards

• Familiarity with open-access publishing preferred
