Position: Scotiabank Manager, Knowledge Management
Enhance Knowledge Management strategies with Scotiabank in Scarborough, Ontario. In this management role, you will lead BPM execution and ensure operational readiness across Canada Collections.

As the Manager of Business Process Management and Knowledge Management, you will build and operationalize BPM capabilities and ensure that all knowledge assets are up to date and effective.

Your role includes working with cross-functional teams to facilitate compliance with enterprise standards while enhancing readiness for downturn scenarios. Strong team leadership is essential as you prioritize and drive initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead design and updates to the Knowledge Management System

• Ensure processes align with legal and regulatory needs

• Support outreach and training for process compliance

• Execute document reviews and manage version control

• Address risks related to documentation effectively

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Operations or related field

• Significant experience in BPM and risk management
