Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee Collections processes for clarity and standardization
• Create and implement effective readiness frameworks
• Serve as point person for knowledge management ecosystem
• Lead a high-performing team of Managers and Specialists
• Support the rollout of strategic initiatives and process readiness
Requirements:
• Degree in Business, Finance, or related area
• At least 8 years in operations or business process management
• Leadership experience in complex team environments
• Deep understanding of risk and compliance
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
