Your role will be critical in enhancing dealer relationships and market coverage across Canada.
As BYD Canada’s Dealer Network Manager, you'll focus on optimizing and expanding the dealer network. This involves managing dealership construction projects, ensuring dealer compliance, and evaluating performance metrics. Your strategic input will support the sustainable growth of BYD by establishing strong market representation and optimizing dealer partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop dealership performance strategies for long-term success
• Monitor and evaluate dealer effectiveness against key metrics
• Facilitate dealer onboarding processes and ensure integration
• Lead construction projects to align with BYD standards
• Collaborate with internal teams for cohesive operations
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related area
• Minimum 8 years in automotive network development
• Experience with OEMs in the Canadian market preferred
• Strong negotiation and financial assessment skills
• Required bilingual proficiency in English and French
