In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for meeting sales targets for Rogers’ home and wireless services. Your leadership will enhance the performance of sales staff focusing on residential opportunities in condos and managed properties. You'll cultivate relationships with property managers and condo boards to strengthen sales initiatives and ensure continual team improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and develop sales staff focused on MDU opportunities
• Inspire and lead the team within condo environments
• Implement sales plans to drive growth in MDU regions
• Oversee sales representatives during lobby and door-to-door events
• Foster relationships with property management stakeholders
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years sales experience in telecommunications
• Supervisory experience in a sales environment
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Valid driver’s license required for travel
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
