Key Responsibilities:

• Act as strategic Chief of Staff for CXO Leadership Team

• Design and facilitate impactful leadership meeting agendas

• Foster alignment and transparency for CXO team culture

• Ensure compliance with risk and governance standards

• Collaborate on communications, presentations, and budgeting efforts

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of relevant business experience

• Strong analytical, relationship management, and judgment skills

• Proven ability to prioritize effectively

• University degree in business or related discipline

• MBA or advanced degree is preferred
