Join a high-performance team where you’ll lead the execution of HOOPP's Enterprise Crisis Management and Business Continuity programs. You will align with corporate priorities, partner with internal teams, and guide external collaborations to bolster operational readiness. With your extensive experience, you'll contribute significantly to maintaining HOOPP's pension promise during disruptions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage HOOPP’s Enterprise Crisis and Business Continuity programs
• Develop and test crisis response and recovery strategies
• Coordinate recovery activities during incidents and disruptions
• Engage with stakeholders for robust operational resilience
• Conduct crisis simulations and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, risk management or relevant field
• At least 10 years of relevant experience
• Experience in business continuity and crisis management
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
• Excellent communication abilities under pressure
