Make a difference in Ontario's condominiums as an Elected Director on the CAO Board. We are seeking candidates with backgrounds in marketing, AI, or the condominium sector as elections take place on September 15, 2026.
The Condominium Authority of Ontario (CAO) requires proactive leaders to fill the Elected Director vacancy. Ideal candidates will demonstrate strategic governance skills and a commitment to consumer protection initiatives. Board members operate part-time, attending meetings and providing essential oversight for Ontario's condominium communities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Attend board meetings physically or via video conferencing
• Collaborate on strategic planning and participant consensus
• Support effective consumer protection initiatives
• Promote diverse representation and backgrounds on the board
• Champion operational efficiencies and innovative approaches
Requirements:
• Over 18 years of age with legal contracting ability
• Proficient in communications and digital technologies
• Extensive knowledge of condominium operations and finance
• Demonstrated experience in governance and strategic oversight
• Strong commitment to enhancing consumer engagement
