Key Responsibilities:
• Lead a team of managers overseeing client facilities
• Develop site-specific plans in accordance with service levels
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Investigate and resolve client service issues efficiently
• Conduct regular site inspections for quality assurance
Requirements:
• 5-7 years of leadership experience in facility services
• Strong management skills across diverse client sectors
• Degree in business or relevant field
• Knowledge of cleaning processes and sustainable practices
• Security Clearance and valid G-Class Driver’s License
