As Head of Product for Payroll at Gusto, you will ensure the success of this core product through comprehensive leadership. With over 15 years in product management and at least 5 years leading teams, you will mentor and empower senior product managers while shaping product strategy. Collaborate across departments to create impactful experiences for customers while maintaining business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the complete Payroll product strategy and vision

• Define long-term objectives and innovation for Gusto Payroll

• Collaborate with Engineers, Designers, and PMs for execution

• Coach and lead a team of senior product managers

• Drive successful adoption and customer outcomes across various teams

Requirements:

• 15+ years in product management, with 5+ years leading teams

• Experience in SMB-focused software or regulated categories

• Strong background in scaling mission-critical products

• Excellent collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
