HSE Manager for Ontario Projects

Broccolini is seeking an accomplished Regional Health, Safety & Environment Manager for its Ontario portfolio. In this leadership role, you’ll guide HSE operations, collaborate with senior leaders, and manage a dedicated team of HSE Supervisors. Your expertise will actively shape the safety standards and governance of ongoing construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Broccolini's HSE program for Ontario

• Set HSE standards and performance objectives for projects

• Oversee compliance and manage risk for regional operations

• Lead incident investigations and ensure corrective actions are documented

• Facilitate knowledge sharing among HSE teams across Canada

Requirements:

• 8-10 years of HSE experience in construction

• Degree in health, safety, or environmental science

• Leadership experience with multi-site HSE programs

• Familiarity with Salus Pro or similar platforms

• Valid driver’s license for site travel
