Regional Sales Lead Americas

Position: Regional Sales Lead for Americas at EcoVadis
Be a key player in Eco Vadis as the Regional Sales Lead for the Americas. Drive new customer acquisition with a dynamic team in a high-volume sales environment.

As the Regional Sales Lead, your role involves managing a robust inside sales team to expand Eco Vadis' reach in North America and Latin America. You will lead a total of 12 Account Executives and 1 Team Lead, fostering a data-driven culture focused on performance improvement and coaching excellence. This position reports to the VP of Service Engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategies for new logo acquisition

• Oversee daily operations and resource allocation

• Lead performance monitoring and reporting

• Serve as coordinator for internal cross-functional alignment

• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or Marketing

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in SMB sales management

• Proven track record with AI-driven sales tools

• Exceptional communication and coaching abilities

• Proficiency in English; other languages desirable
