Director of Digital Receivables

Position: Director of Digital Receivables at TD
Lead strategic initiatives in digital receivables with TD in Toronto. This senior role combines team management, process innovation, and performance oversight to enhance efficiency and growth.

As the Digital Receivables Product Team Lead, you will work closely with the Head of Receivables Product Capabilities. You'll bring over 10 years of experience in Transaction Banking and 7 years of product management expertise, driving operational improvements and high performance within your team.

Your role will involve collaboration with various teams to implement client feedback and monitor KPIs to support continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the Digital Receivables Product team

• Evaluate legacy processes, driving innovation in operations

• Ensure alignment of key projects with program goals

• Monitor key performance indicators and make data-driven decisions

• Collaborate with internal teams for process improvements

Requirements:

• 10+ years in Transaction Banking expertise

• 7+ years as a product manager

• Strong supervisory and project management skills

• Excellent analytical and communication abilities

• Experience in multinational environments
