Shape the future of commercial insurance sales as the Director at HUB Ontario. This leadership role focuses on mentoring new producers and driving sales performance in a dynamic environment.
As Director of Commercial Lines Sales, you will lead a team of approximately 20 insurance producers, ensuring they meet their ramp milestones and develop into successful professionals. Your expertise in the commercial market will be vital in delivering effective coaching and maintaining pipeline accountability. You’ll collaborate with top executives to refine talent structures and operational processes, maximizing team output.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead a targeted coaching program for sales producers
• Hold producers accountable for daily sales benchmarks
• Provide tailored sales training and conduct joint calls
• Align with leadership on pipeline transitions
• Monitor and report team performance metrics
Requirements:
• 10+ years in commercial insurance with leadership experience
• Strong background in sales coaching and producer development
• In-depth knowledge of Canadian insurance dynamics
• RIBO license required; CAIB, CIP, or CRM considered
• Exceptional communication and influence capabilities
