You will support the Tax Senior Leadership Team by collaborating on important initiatives and managing operational excellence projects.
Your role will involve oversight of key performance metrics, driving insights for strategic planning, and facilitating organizational change. Engaging with various functions, you will contribute to the firm's success by optimizing processes and enhancing real-time reporting capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in strategic planning and execution tracking
• Conduct trend analysis and provide actionable insights
• Build relationships with stakeholders for leadership success
• Lead operational projects with emphasis on risk management
• Prepare impactful presentations and business updates
Requirements:
• Minimum of 6 years experience in a professional services context
• Business Administration degree; MBA preferred
• Proven skills in project management and stakeholder coordination
• Strong analytical capability with data handling
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
