Clinical Project Manager at Unity Health

The Project Manager III will utilize a comprehensive understanding of large-scale project characteristics, ensuring successful delivery of clinical programs. You will actively communicate project goals to team members and stakeholders, resolving potential issues effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and design clinical projects across all program levels

• Conduct need assessments and gap analysis for project scope

• Communicate project plans clearly to teams and stakeholders

• Escalate issues and suggest corrective actions to project sponsors

• Monitor key performance indicators and provide corrective strategies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required; master's preferred

• PMP certification or equivalent is mandatory

• Eight to ten years of project management experience

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required

• Excellent organizational and communication abilities
