Director of Compliance in Ontario WEST

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage compliance programs across Ontario WEST business units

• Lead compliance audits and reviews for all sites

• Conduct ongoing monitoring of compliance activities

• Provide guidance on AML reporting and compliance issues

• Track relevant laws and amend policies as necessary

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years in a compliance role

• Strong knowledge of gaming and anti-money laundering laws

• Excellent communication skills

• Experience in policy drafting is an asset

• Proficient in MS Office and program management initiatives
