Key Responsibilities:
• Plan operating budgets for General Manager approval
• Ensure compliance with Swissport’s procedures and policies
• Monitor baggage delivery and on-time performance metrics
• Maintain records of operational transactions
• Implement safety measures for personnel and equipment
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred
• 3-5 years of managerial experience in ground handling
• Strong knowledge of safety practices and essential procedures
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work on-call and handle emergencies
