In this pivotal role, the Director will be part of Habitat Canada’s Management Team, responsible for developing and overseeing national programs. Your focus will be on collaboration with local offices to enhance sustainability in housing and participate actively in Indigenous projects, ensuring programs align with the mission and compliance needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage national program strategies

• Ensure effective program evaluation and compliance

Requirements:

• Advanced degree in a related field

• 10+ years of program management experience

• Proven ability to work with diverse communities
