· TEAM seeks a Senior Account Director to oversee a large CPG brand, ensuring account health and quality delivery. You will serve as the primary account lead, driving collaboration across departments while monitoring project execution. The role requires a strong ability to translate client goals into actionable agency strategies and maintain financial oversight.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage client relationship and account health effectively
• Lead internal teams and IAT partners for alignment
• Ensure project delivery on time and within budget
• Own financial management including budgets and forecasts
• Mentor and develop the account team for growth
Requirements:
• 10+ years in account leadership, preferably in agency
• Proven experience in managing complex projects and priorities
• Strong communication skills with a strategic approach
• Financial acumen in budgets and profitability
• Experience with CPG or culturally relevant brands
