Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the evolution of incentive and equity compensation plans
• Ensure regulatory compliance in plan design
• Manage the communication of incentive plans to stakeholders
• Oversee the execution lifecycle from grant to settlement
• Conduct analytics for senior management and board discussions
Requirements:
• 12+ years in compensation analytics
• Experience with asset management or financial services
• Strong leadership capabilities across functions
• Advanced skills in financial modeling and reporting tools
• Proven ability to translate data into strategic insights
