The Accounting Manager role emphasizes leadership and departmental oversight rather than hands-on production. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage all aspects of Trust Accounting and core functions
• Lead and develop an accounting team of around 10
• Ensure timely and accurate reconciliations and closes
• Oversee tax filings in multiple jurisdictions
• Support financial audits and reporting processes
Requirements:
• CPA designation required or in progress
• 5-7 years of relevant accounting experience
• Experience managing teams with at least 2-5 direct reports
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
