In this full-time senior role, you will spearhead systemic improvements within Toronto's homelessness services. Your responsibilities will include designing functional policies, enhancing compliance, and managing contracts with senior government authorities. Key Responsibilities:

• Design policies improving homelessness services

• Lead divisional performance improvement initiatives

• Ensure compliance with legislative requirements

• Negotiate contracts with senior government providers

• Identify service gaps and inform policy development

Requirements:

• Degree in social services or relevant discipline

• Extensive leadership and management experience

• Proven track record in policy and program development

• Knowledge of homelessness and community support issues

• Strong communication and analytical thinking skills
