Regional Sales Manager - EcoVadis, Americas

In this role, you will lead the Network Growth team, targeting new logo acquisitions across North and Latin America. You'll oversee a team of 12 Account Executives, enhancing their performance through targeted coaching and implementing effective sales strategies that emphasize AI scalability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise team operations to achieve sales targets
• Develop annual growth strategies in the Americas
• Drive AI-first transformation for sales workflows
• Foster effective team development and performance
• Enhance Eco Vadis’s market representation and partnerships
Requirements:
• 4+ years’ experience managing inside sales teams
• Deep knowledge of sales processes and CRM tools
• Strong collaborative skills in cross-functional teams
• Proven analytical skills for data-driven improvements
• Bilingual abilities preferred (English and Spanish/Portuguese)
Lead the charge in positioning Eco Vadis as a sustainability leader in the Americas through expert sales management.
