Pre-Construction Manager

Position: Pre-Construction Manager Needed
Drive innovative workplace designs as a Pre-Construction Manager with a leading firm in Toronto. Focus on project leadership, risk management, and client collaboration in a hybrid format.

In this role, you will manage the pre-construction phases of projects, including budgeting, estimating, and stakeholder engagement. Your expertise in commercial interior design-build processes will be vital for effective project execution. A background of at least five years in related roles is essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage project planning, budgeting, and design development

• Prepare and oversee project budgets and estimates

• Lead the complete pre-construction process and schedules

Requirements:
