Key Responsibilities:
• Lead a front-line team to provide exceptional member services
• Implement team performance goals aligned with corporate objectives
• Facilitate onboarding and ongoing training for team members
• Review service interactions to identify training needs
• Ensure timely delivery of services across multiple channels
Requirements:
• 7 years in service roles within pension or financial sectors
• 1-2 years leading a service team preferred
• Completion of relevant degree or diploma
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong decision-making and conflict resolution capabilities
