Toronto Building is looking for a strategic leader to enhance service effectiveness and support city growth. This role focuses on managing transformational initiatives that align with corporate priorities, working collaboratively with partners while fostering accountability and innovation. You will apply strategic vision in driving major City Council projects, ensuring impactful and sustainable development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement detailed program requirements
• Manage and train staff for high performance
• Supervise daily operations and evaluate staff performance
• Administer and control the annual budget
• Drive strategic initiatives and provide project updates
Requirements:
• Extensive experience in complex project management
• Proven strategic planning and relationship-building skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
• Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent experience
Contribute to city-building initiatives and excel in a leadership role within the City of Toronto's strategic planning team.
