Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team of Account Managers
• Set and execute growth strategies for key accounts
• Oversee pipeline health and revenue activation plans
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders for new opportunities
• Collaborate with Marketing and Solutions teams to enhance account growth
Requirements:
• 3+ years in Mid Market sales or CSM roles
• 5+ years in business development or Customer Success
• 2+ years in team leadership and talent development
• Proficiency with Salesforce and sales systems
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills
