Lead mechanical operations eph's Health Centre in Toronto. As an Operations Leader, you will ensure optimal maintenance and functionality of hospital mechanical systems.

The Operations Leader is a full-time role responsible for the effective management of mechanical operations eph's Health Centre. You will supervise a skilled team, address tenant requests, and manage preventive maintenance while ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise work orders and staff performances

• Liaison with clients to boost satisfaction

• Schedule and monitor maintenance and repairs

• Oversee Building Automation Systems troubleshooting

• Conduct regular audits of maintenance programs

Requirements:

• Ten years experience in building electrical systems

• Five years supervisory experience required

• Three years in an acute health care setting

• Community College or Undergraduate degree

• Strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills
