Position: Manager of Commercial Performance GTAA

In this role, you will report to the Associate Director and manage standardized performance frameworks across commercial portfolios. With a focus on insight-led decision-making, you will oversee governance forums, conduct Business Performance Reviews, and build essential stakeholder relationships to support organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead delivery of Commercial governance programs effectively

• Translate complex data into insights for leadership

• Develop and implement performance frameworks and KPIs

• Monitor performance trends for continuous improvement

• Coach and develop a high-performing team

Requirements:

• 5+ years in data analysis or performance management

• Strong analytical and relationship-building skills

• Experience with large datasets and KPI development

• Knowledge in business reviews or decision-making processes

• Post-secondary degree in Business or related field
