Lead the transformative last mile operations at Tonal, ensuring exceptional service delivery and operational excellence. This role blends strategic oversight with hands-on management across the U.S. field services.
As a Senior Manager, you will oversee field operations, service provider management, and develop strategies that enhance member experiences. Your expertise in large-format, complex servicing will drive improvement in delivery quality, compliance, and operational performance across our outsourced network.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own operational performance for last mile and field services
• Develop scalable service delivery strategies that enhance quality
• Ensure compliance and performance of service provider networks
• Identify and resolve operational challenges through data-driven decisions
• Advocate for premium member experiences in all service interactions
Requirements:
• 7-10 years in field operations or last mile logistics
• Experience managing multi-site service networks
• Proven problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong leadership and team development experience
• Familiarity with consumer electronics or large hardware operations
