Lead a $6M business unit as General Manager at KEV Group, ensuring full ownership of P&L and team growth. Drive strategic direction and go-to-market initiatives effectively.
In this pivotal role, you will oversee a dynamic cross-functional team of 10–20, driving revenue and margin goals while reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer. Your leadership will focus on new customer acquisition and fostering existing client relationships, with an emphasis on operational excellence and accountability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own the full P&L for the $6M business unit
• Define and execute annual operating plans
• Lead and coach a diverse cross-functional team
• Drive new logo acquisitions and account expansions
• Build executive relationships with key stakeholders
Requirements:
• Proven full P&L responsibility for $5M+ units
• Experience leading diverse cross-functional teams
• Strong commercial operations knowledge
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement
• Bonus:
Experience in edtech or mission-driven sectors
